Grade 17-7 Stainless Steel

17-7 is a precipitation hardened semi-austenitic stainless steel that is melted as AOD melt type.  This alloy offers excellent fatigue strength and good corrosion resistance.  This grade is often used as springs and washers that require high strength.  It is also readily used in the aerospace and chemical processing industries.
